School's Out for Summer

So, I'm done with school! Well, I still have three finals next week--English, Religion, and Math--but English is my favorite class, Religion is mind-numbingly easy, and I can get a 61% on my math final and still get an A. So I'm not too bothered. I don't even have to go in to school the last day and a half of finals.

In other related news, I finally got all my projects back from my art teacher. Two weeks ago, I committed Grand-Theft Pottery (she wasn't going to let me take home the Raku Pot that I had sculpted during first quarter). In short, I got a friend or two to distract her while I snuck in, snatched the pottery from the display shelf, and high-tailed it out of there. She never did notice it was gone, which made life simpler, but was, in a way, quite disappointing.

Today was much less hard-core, since I was allowed to take my projects home. I'll be posting some photos of the better ones. I can't fit any of them into my scanner, which makes life harder. And one, my pastel drawing of my saxophone, is hanging framed on my wall (a result of my mom's pride, not my own ego), so that photo will be low quality if I ever do put it up here.

But here is one I can fit! This was my final exam for the class. We had to draw a basket. Oh, ever so challenging.  I got an A+

Easiest final I've ever taken.  I wish all classes would let you draw something for a grade.
